The focus explores the following questions: is our spiritual identity established by God, divine Love? If so, how should we honor our spiritual individuality and identity bestowed and maintained by God? We will share a special selection of healings from pioneer workers including Julia S. Bartlett, Judge Septiums J. Hanna, Mary E. Eaton, and a few others. We will consider how these individuals have shown that spiritual healing is a triumph of demonstrable Christian Science, illustrating the Christianity of Christ.

Join Heather Vogel Frederick, Longyear’s director of research and publications, for an hour of Christian Science “family history” as she examines the lives of early workers along the West Coast, from British Columbia to Southern California. The story begins in 1885 at the flourishing Massachusetts Metaphysical College in Boston, Massachusetts, where Mary Baker Eddy’s clear teaching launched students whose healing work helped establish Christian Science across the West.
